I decided to create this blog because; I finally realized that sharing with others motivates me to continue on my journey to be a healthier, happier and better me. I am a wife, mother of 5, godmother of 3, author, journalist, speaker and advocate. This year I’ve decided to embark on a journey that will lead to a lifestyle of healthy living. I’ve been overweight my “entire” adult life and most of my youth, but now; it’s time for a change.
