Insanity Fit Test 2

So, here I am 15 days later and down 6+ pounds plugging away with Insanity. I realized that the best time to do this workout is first thing in the morning. Day One

Plyometric Cardio Circuit

Wow!!! This is tough. I didn’t make it through the entire video; I stopped at 21:20. I’m looking forward to seeing how far I get in this workout next time.

I took my starting picture today, I think I’ll photo document every 10 days. It’s amazing how much I’m sweating even after I stopped. INSANE…

Frustrated

So, I'm frustrated with myself because I don't feel as though I'm making any progress. This week I decided that instead of doing one workout per day I'll do three. The shake weight, yoga and Zumba or some other form of high impact arobics. Am I over doing it? I realize that I didn't gain overnight... I'm frustrated.
