Frustrated

So, I'm frustrated with myself because I don't feel as though I'm making any progress. This week I decided that instead of doing one workout per day I'll do three. The shake weight, yoga and Zumba or some other form of high impact arobics. Am I over doing it? I realize that I didn't gain overnight... I'm frustrated.

    Don't over do it!
    Losing weight the proper way takes time. And when you do it right, it stays off. The recommended amount is 30 to 50 minutes, five times a week. But, There is no set formula or standard that reveals how much exercising is too much. I have been told by trainers that it is ok to train in the morning and at night as long as I have a meal in between. Also, to listen to your body. Sometimes, you need to take a break.
