Now, I will not deny that Zumba is fantastic, I love the workouts and always work up a sweat. I am starting to feel my muscle tighten up and the jelly isn't jiggling as much (LOL)... My baby boy is a good gage as to how well I'm doing in trimming the fat so to speak, because he has to search hard for the soft squishy spots.
