So you may be thinking, "here she goes again with the Fitness challenges", well if you are thinking that you have to ask yourself a question, should we ever stop challenging ourselves and each other to achieve greatness? I think not and neither do my Faith Fam and #30DayFitnessChallengeAccountabilityGroup buddies. Together the group and I are embarking on a journey to improve ourselves. We will prove that there is safety and encouragement in numbers.
My Goal for Week One:
Lose at least 4 lbs
No white Sugar
NO junk food
NO Desserts
Increase workout
Document Food intake
More Protein

I've decided to get up an hour earlier than my family so that I can get my 1st workout done uninterrupted and still have time to fix my husbands breakfast and lunch for work. Ok, so every day i'll post the workouts i've done along with how I feel and what I ate. I pray that you are encourage by this journey and I look forward to hearing your feed back.
