Yesterday I was pleasantly surprised by the numbers on the scale. As it revealed that I am 5lbs lighter than I was last week and only three days into the challenge. My day started of a little slow today, because I was exhausted. I've been working out twice a day and I think that my body is just really tired. I've been trying my best to eat right and to listen to my stomach when I begin to feel full.

I'm going to order Raspberry Ketone in liquid form and start taking that instead of the capsules. Shout out to my fam in the #30DayFitnessAccountabiltyGroup I love you guys.
